Very bad service!! Last year I enrolled for AZ-104 course, in that Lab, there were so limitations like creating Windows 10 VM, Linux VM, Regions, Zones etc.And a sales person Manjunath P L who is a senior sales manager here, is so rude, he talks rudely. He force to you for enrolling for any courses. There is a FORCE team here not Sales team.

They only promissed you but no action. Very poor quality of Online courses (YouTube Self-learnings are much much bettter than their courses). Pay money for nothing and the dont refund (they promise theyll do but after you pay and complain about their service they only dont answer you anymore and no response). BE CAREFULL

Excellent course content, covering things in a detailed approach. Recently completed the Digital marketing course

We bought 3 courses from Simplilearn. Your sales person promised that full access will be for 2 years. But now after 1 year I have been trying to reach her. Received no update on extension. No response on whatsapp, phone.

Hello to all i want to inform you that i got cheated from there sales team regarding the Emi option they give me a promise related Emi that your Emi will deducted from the next month but they started from the April month, even i am not able to attend live class also what i have paid for, i will suggest you never go for Simplilearn. see the image for Proof of my loan account even the conversation through the email

I have completed course from Simplilearn but i have called on the support number but getting invalid number.I have tried to communicate on live chat but its not working.very Non professional work.Even they ask student to write good review on social media then they provide some free course to the student.

Dont ever enroll for any course from Simplilearn. To get you enrolled they will promise you many things but after you get enrolled they wont keep their promises. They then ask do you have that in written?Also they have the worst support team ever. I myself had to call them above 70 times. Most of times was placed in a long queue and other times the agents fed me lies. Have already wasted 510+ mins of my time but still the issue didnt get resolved.Advice:- Look for better options than Simplilearn

I have enrolled for the master in data science course but for my support ticket they are not able to resolve my query which is very bad system . while enrolling they said that they will help me in each and every step

I thought I might invest in learning in these difficult times. They basically scammed me. You cannot cancel or have a refund in anyway. which just shows the low level this platform is. Be very wary. They keep calling you until you pay. After you pay in 1 minute, 0 support. You only receive automatic replies from a delight center.The content is a collection of very low quality courses. Basically you pay 1400 USD for them to go copy some 20 USD courses from Udemy.The live trainers spend 1 hour talking about themselves every session. There is no proof whatsoever they are qualified.

Very unprofessional stuff who operates with students who are doing professional courses with simplilearn.Once you guys gets money for a certain course you stop following up with students.Completely business minded approaching you guys follow with students .Completely unethical and unprofessional approach .Though you training part is good but please try to improve your staff quality and make them professional .I have taken course but could not able to get exam voucher eventually I have lost my 34k due to your unprofessionalism .

Hi ...I took the PSM classes it was a good experience value for money and proper guidelines from the Trainer ...Mr Arijeet ...quite decent behavior very supportive.

Simplilearn is the worst experience of a lifetime. However, my first intructor was terrific called Sayan Dey.All other instructors are a nightmare in person. Dont purchase their courses as they are out to hoodwink you. A special note about Deepak Behera who has turned the course upside down and is a horrible instructor.

They are just cheating us,just reading the pot,no one there is to solve ur doubts ,every time u have to raise tickets, after paying fee they will forget u ,dont join simplilearn,

Worst company ever!

My experience with Simplilearn was a long and frustrating one. The course assignments for the DataScience stream makes no mention of which data to be used but the company expects you to go through the motions of completing work. Except, you cant because the content and alignment is poor. Customer support then adds more incorrect content which causes massive delays in the learning journey. I advise anyone to NOT go with this learning solution. After continuous struggle I tried to recoup my money and was met with much resistance.

Those who have not yet registered for any course and are looking for any Online courses please dont go for Simplilearn because there website doesnt work on basic browsers and in spite of raising Tickets no initiative to fix the issue has been taken. So please, please think twice before going with Simplilearn.
