There is no way recommending this place for anything I took my dog here for grooming they shaved his hair so unprofessionally there are so many cuts on his body now!!They are so harsh on your pet.

Pure breeding place. Dirty and unkept. The condition of the dogs was pitiful. This place keeps small puppies for breeding,it pained me to see 30 days puppies in a congested crate away from their mother and sleeping on their poop. My heart ached to see that sight, i had tears in my eyes. The owner wouldnt let me take a pic as I questioned the place and his activity. Id gone there first time to buy food for my pet. This place should be legally penalized.

Good place for Pets. Very friendly staff and they take very good care of the dogs and cats. There is a solon for the pets as well as there is a Vet for your pets.

Worst experience. Keeps puppies in pitiful conditions,two three puppies together cranked up in small cages. Also uses steroids to boost their growth away from mother so that they appear healthy. Bought a lab from them which had very bad liver and regular stomach upset due to exposure to steroids from so early in his life. Also he had a genetic defect in his leg. We also wanted papers for our lab for which they took 1000rs extra but never delivered. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My 6.5 Months Female Rotwiller- Ferraro Rochar of VOM Rishov affected by HGE since 17th January - very very similar to Parvo Syndrome and having continuous blood vomitting , extreme blood motion for continuous 5 days . I have consulted 4 doctors in between and she didnt respond to any medicine referred by Them...Then came The New Alipore Pet Plaza Owner - Amit Da who had given us amazing Support and his assistant Bittu who arrived like an angel and saved by Dog with day in and day out effort. Now my Cutest Ferraro back to life from almost verge of collapse..My sincere thanks & gratitude to New Alipore Pet Plaza Shop...To be noted I have not bought this Rotwiller from this shop and have not taken any financial return for this service..It was really an awesome service and display of love for Canins!!Here I also like to mention - All the doctors and relevant people I have contacted during this tough days - they responded really empathetically..May be that not has helped to recover her but the response was really human ..

Do not buy a puppy from here.These people play with the emotions of the buyers and only thing they care about is the money that they get.I payed 11.5k for a lab and the very next day i got it from them but it had rashes on its body so i did not take it then i was delayed for 6 months and i did not get the dog.FOR A FIRST TIMER DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.After a lot of coaxing I got my money back that too 1k less without buying anything so you are wise enough people to figure out what to do.DO NOT BE PLEASED TO BUY A DOG FROM HERE SEEING THE PUPPIES IN A CAGE FROM THE GLASS WINDOW THEY HAVE.

I being a proud parent of 3 dogs, I wanted another pet and reached out to pet plaza and this is by far the worst experience.They are not available on phone or watsapp no matter how many times you call them.They are very rude and unprofessional.If you book a puppy in advance , it is not guaranteed that you will get that puppy.So if you really love dogs please please please I do not recommended pet plaza. There are plenty bad reviews already. Believe those reviews.

Worst place to get your pets or any of their stuffs. The staffs are inexperienced and dont know how to deal with clients. They dont have any knowledge about the pets they have for sale. So, kindly avoid such pet stores for the sake of your loved ones.

These people are fraud. I bought my puppy from them and they took rs. 4200 which is fine. Then with my puppy, they made me buy medicine and protein powder worth rs. 1000. However with in 6 days my puppy became Ill and I had to take him to doctor and the doctor told me not to give those medicines which I bought from them. . Also I later came to know that protein powder is an expired stock and my little my has worms. Now I am visiting doctor with and he has to take injections and so many medicines at the age of 35 days. DONT VISIT THEM, THEY ARE A COMPLETE JERK

They misbehaved badly. I am being chitted by them.

This is a pet shop with another sister shop in jodhpur park. They mainly deal in cats and dogs, preference shown in dogs. They usually can bring you any breed of dog that you would like to buy, though I must enforce causing given that, not all dogs that they put up for adoption come from reliable sources and are at times quite sick. Plus they have a habit of overcharging for the adoption fees, hence be ready to bargain and do a well enough research before bargaining so as to not get ripped off. Otherwise my personal experience has been well to a certain extent given that the pedigree of my dog seems to be good given that my dog has grown up well. ALSO BE AWARE TO TAKE THE PAPERS OF THE DOG WHEN YOU GET THE DOG AND DONT TAKE THE DOG WITHOUT PAPERS, ORELSE THEYLL NEVER GIVE YOU THE REGISTRATION PAPERS.

This is the worst place I ever visited in my life...we bought our first begael from this shop and we made a great mistake by trusting them blindly .They told us that the dog is 40 days old and didnt give us any proper guidance that what food we should give and at what quantity in fact for their own profit they gave us the most expensive food and our dog was also not habituated with the food also ..our dog is suffering so much just because of them..

This is a sick placeBe awareThey take away the puppies from their mothers very early so they arent able to develop any immune and hence end up dying within the first few weeks with their owner.My lab puppy died yesterday.She was so weak that she couldnt tolerate the vaccine shot.The owner is a fraud.Be aware all you dog lovers. Bad behaviour.

Firstly they don’t even deserve a single star. They play with innocent minds and innocent animals. What the hell do you think you are? Money is everything to feed your fat belly? Don’t you feel a little bit shame to play with the lives of these innconent animals? Bought a beagle on 26th March with big dreams but what I was given was a preinfected animal. She suffered from Canine Distemper and today I lost her to death. I buried her after 24 days of purchasing from these big fat belly carrier greedy people. Hell is filled with people like you. I just don’t throw accusations randomly I can prove everything with legit documents. It contains hospital and doctors certificate and legit remarks about her disease. Today she left everyone of us and departed. For these foolish money craving greedy people she passed away just with 2monts of her birth and 24 days after I bought her from this cheater. Such coward people exists that they aren’t capable of earning money by burning their sweat. Instead they rely on this innocent animals to feed and maintain their huge fat belly. Utterly nonsensical and cowardice way of earning money. They deserve severe punishment. Just grow up and earn money on your own guts. Don’t make use of these animals. Even they deserve a better life.

The puppies appear to be alright at first, they are kept in terrible conditions and end up falling sick, sick beyond repair ! Amit gives puppies without papers. The puppies are infested with ticks. I know of so many people who lost their puppies within a week after getting him/her home from this store, from this man named Amit. Its in fact sad and disgusting.

A request to all dog lovers; if u don’t want to feel the pain of losing a pup and are actually serious about adding that special member to your family pls do not go for this place. I own a 2 n a half year old lab so I’m not a novice to being a dog owner. We got a “45 day old” beagle pup from here which we later found out was malnourished. Even the information that these people provide u is really vague and the most important part is that they don’t see these pups as pups; they are simply a commodity to them, that’s it!!! Being a dog lover that’s the last thing u want. If u are unfortunate enough to get your pup from here u are more or less on your own because these people are reluctant in even picking up your calls and advising you when you need them. This guy told me he will confirm the date of birth from the owner but once we got our pup ; he wasn’t even receiving my calls on time. Medicines are vital in case your puppy starts feeling unwell so that the problem can be controlled till the time u take him/her to the vet as Kolkata does not has a 24 hour veterinarian who u can simply visit when u have to. If u pup gets sick u have literally a very limited time to take control of things and if u don’t know what to do or where to go then my friend u better not get a puppy cuz u WILL REGRET IT!!! So keeping things simple; THIS PLACE IS A STRICT ‘NO-NO’ FOR ALL DOG LOVERS!!!
