Yesterday they have taken sample , manik Saha was called me before collecting sample , sivaji das went my home , took sample , one and half day over , I am not getting report , manik Saha and sivaji das not receiving my call , I think this is duplicate diagnostic centre , dont book from this lab

Yesterday I will booked boday check upTiming 9:30a.m to 10 :00a.m,but still not coming now time is 10:20a.m when I will call technical person told me I will reach after 11:30,then after I will call customer care 1st Time she told me you called ,and when I will booked I clearly told patients agas 70 + so pls mantion your Time properly,2nd time call to customer care she told me 11:a.m,and she told me technical person is called you,but nothing to called me.so I will be inform to you totlay your service is very poor,

Very bad service here in kolkata, I ordered for lab test for my parents, i paid rupees 49 extra for hard copy report ,almost 11 days past still I have not got it ..Dont book lab test here ..😡🤬🤬

Worst service, fraud agency. They do not refund the money of the customers. Should be banned in India. Whenever you call to the Customer Care says already processed and the amount will be reflected in your account in 7 working days..... 15 working days lapsed and my money......gone
