The location is great with availability of parking space. You can easily spot the lab. The professionals are excellent in their job and you can trust them easily. Highly recommend for any kind of lab tests. But the only downside is the place is pretty expensive. But if you want reliability then I guess its worth it.

The location is easily accessible and the collection hall is clean but the reception lady is outright rude; and rude for absurd reasons. There are ways to communicate and to put a negative sentence across but this woman is not aware of such unimportant humanly gestures. She walks straight up to you blazing with attitude and chooses to use the sweetest Bengali words in the most cryptic manner you would have ever come across. If at this point, you are wondering about the outrageous crime i committed: it was me leaning on the table discussing my mothers report with the consultant. Soja hoye daran to (added with a sarcastic intonation with a high volume) appeared out of nowhere till i realized that she was standing beside me. BTW, thats just one of the examples of her immaculate exemplary skills.

The centre is clean and the staff extremely polite. There is ample parking space by the side of the road.

Tribes & Roy has no need for any reference or recommendation.Here, at Rabindra sarobor, the branch is quite beautiful, they are truly professional, caring and fast. They delivers perfect results within minimum time and there is no doctor who can deny its report.I am giving it a 4/5 rating, because it is only a collection centre.For public benifit, I have taken pictures of their rate cards and publishing this.
