I must say, during this pandemic situation many of my friends working at MNC have lost their job even someone is working with reduced salary. But in C-Quel we are working from home from March 2020 & there is no impact (financially & mentally) of this pandemic situation on us. We are receiving our salary much before time & even there is no salary cut or manpower cut. We know all the business got affected during this pandemic, but our senior management has not given any negative impact on us. We are very much safe & secure while working at C-Quel. During unlock offices are operational, but here our senior management always think about employee & their families safety. For that reason we are still working from home.
