Group is Ok. I just got my Flat. But there is one of their Employees named Bhola who is doing their Community hall ( construction/ Interior guy) . They will pressurise you, that you have to perform all your interior/ make over stuff only from them, and they will charge you more than the actual price. Few other carpenters and guys from Kuchina were doing work in my flat yesterday (7th June, 2021) and they came and stopped and threatened those workers. They cut out the Electricity and didnt allow my Carpenters and those guys from Kuchina to work. The reason being I live outside Kolkata, I couldnt get to Aashiyana also due to this Covid factor. They are constructing their Community hall at this moment and no other person from this Aspira/Aashiyana is present their to assist. So, definitely before taking my legal actions I felt I should share these things here on Google, because even after being an Owner, I am unable to reach any authorities in Aashiyana/Aspira group.
