I am a regular customer. Today half an hour back I went to take petrol during entry i continuously tried to get attention to the duty staff that where I will have to placed my car. Ignoring my indication they were busy with each other for gossiping. Further I blow my horn and all of a sudden some laltu / like this, who was on duty was sitting with other staff shout very rudely and showing his eyes misbehaving with me, it is first time in this petrol pump i have faced this embarrassing situation from a staff, in the past experience i must say, other wise the behavior of other staff are very good with friendly approach with the customers. To protest such arrogance / misbehavior, i also loose my temperament and shout. being a renowned petrol pump it should not be the approach of a staff. During this situation, I asked them i want to meet your manager, some Prosenjit appeared and declared he is the manager, some how he managed the situation without giving the complain register. So during this situation i felt harassed. Considering the situation arisen due to your staff behavior it my complain to take action against both of the staff with reply.Thanking you.D. Chatterjee.

This IOC pump located near Milk Colony provides quality fuel, polite staff and accepts all digital & card payments. Did my PUC and checked tyre pressure really quickly. Definitely recommend them.

Petrol pump near Patipukur pumping station. Quite big. Accepts Paytm payment and card payment. PUC certificate also done here. Repair of cars and tyre inflator also available.

Its a pump near Duttabagan crossing. Its a IOC pump. The space is pretty large and can serve more than 4 cars at a time. Free air and restrooms are available. But the attendants generally ask for money for the air, though it is supposed to be free. The only problem is that the pump remains extremely congested during night time or during late evening as buses and other goods vehicle come for refill.

Prime location at duttabagan more, at jossor road. Pollution, air check facilities are available. Behaviour of the associates are good.

Good service. They honour Citibank Indianoil credit card, you need to mention that you hold that card before swiping, for they have a dedicated pos machine for that.
