We have purchased few bunk beds from them and found it to be the way,it was promised. . Metarials are very good,and the free matress provided with the bed waere also too good. Needless to mention that the workers,reception and even the owner of the factory is well behaved and very friendly. And most importantly, they have delivered the beds within the said time of 10days. I have ordered school desks for my Ucmas Abacus classes at Bangur Avenue. Big Furniture provided Quality product at reasonable price and timely delivery.

The Owner Sakil Alam is a fraud. He talks very sweetly before you place the order. Once you pay them advance money, their real face comes out. They will never give delivery within the promised date. In my case, they took 33 days to deliver when they promised to deliver in 10 days. Product quality is very poor. He cheated in gauge of the beds (gave thin material but promised heavy metal). Other product quality is so poor. After sale service is almost nil. Also just saw him writing 5 star reviews himself multiple times.Terrible experience I had. Dont fall in trap with this guy Sakil Alam.
