This is inside the cpwd government hostel. Food quality is good. Options are very limited especially breakfast options. Only cash payment is a hindrance at times. Ample sitting space. They however strictly adhere to not providing any other items like tea snacks etc beyond a fixed morning and afternoon timings

The old guy at desk is bit rude. Price was its bit above average. Food taste is below average. Overall nice ambience. Its a government run place so nothing more can we expect.

The way food is prepared.. most people may not like. However, in kolkata lot of potatoes are natural in most of dishes. Here also the same a lot of potato stuffs..

This restaurant is meant for guests staying in Nizam Palace Government Hostel.However outsiders working in Corporate sector nearby also use it.It is clean restaurant,filtered water are served and the tables and chairs are in good condition.Normally a little rush is there during breakfast and dinner.All typesof food viz.Vegeterian,Non-veg,Chinese etc are available here.However durin breakfasts only Idli and Dosa is avialable.The quality of tea is not good here.Compared to other restaurants it is cheaper due to subsidy from government.It is not a graded restaurant andIs run by an agency.
