Completely Fraud site.. spent $25 to send rakhi to USA. never get anything.. no response from phone number or website. Avoid this site people.

This is fraud website and should be closed/deleted. I would have read the reviews before ordering. Order Id: HRWW-3007202075617. Money got deducted and after payment it showed error Insert Title here : CM90004-Duplicate Record and they didnt confirm the order. I didnt get any mail or message whether the order is confirmed or not. Customer Care number always routes to voice message. I will file a consumer complaint on this website. Please dont order from this website. Zero star.

I saw some reviews after placing the order and really got panicked, but my order was delivered properly even before the expected time. Very happy with the quality of service.

Though my rakhi took time, but it was delivered before time. Product was as good as mentioned on the website, my brother was more than happy to receive it.

SCAMMMMM... I ordered a rakhi a week ago now..There is no update and is not delivered yet..such a big scam. I also tried to contact them and no one responded..such a big scam..dont buy here guys

It is the biggest online scam and the worst site I have ever used. After payment I didnt get any confirmation mail. If I ever try to reach the customer care, it is always routed to voicemail. the order status is always showing as shipped but it never got delivered. Please be aware of these kind of sites and report it immediately.

I ordered rakhi to US. Delivered product is completely different from what I ordered. Quality is too worse. Its looking like used rakhi. I paid 575/- for this.Very much disappointed.I ordered from same website in 2017 too. Happened the same last year as well. But my brother hasnt shared it with me. The biggest Scammers on the Planet. They scammed us of Rs. 2700 in 2018 and never refunded us. Do not book any international orders with them. They r biggest scammers on this web. They will reply to every comment as well to save their dignity but will never ever refund your money. As#H###es....

Ordered rakhi on this site 2 days ago 4 delivery at Ludhiana. they delivered a beautiful stone studded rakhi 2 day in perfect condition. Happy 2 buy rakhi from them, cheers 4 their service. It’s worth the price.

Pathetic experience and ZERO customer support. I am not even sure if this is a genuine site. I have paid 1700 for my order and not even got any confirmation for that. Had to take a screenshot for proof. I wish I would have studied their feedback before choosing them over others. Their cc number always is on voicemail, they dont respond to your emails. I am stuck!

They are bunch of cheaters. I booked a raakhi from my wife to his brother to be delivered to spain in 2017. These bunch of cons did not deliver and neither gave refund.Iam attaching the proof of receipt.Save your money. DO NOT EVER BOOK FROM THEM

I placed an order 22 August and paid extra for 1 day delivery in US. 4200! No update on the status, the customer care number is always busy. No revert on helpdesk ticket raised. All the reviews state that the firm is fraud. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I think they deserve zero star. I will file a customer complaint against them.Update: Increasing to 2 stars. The order details were shared with me after Rakhi and it was delivered on 24th itself to a box. Since there was no tracking details shared, there was no way find that out. Had to endure a lot of stress to get the tracking details. I will never order from them again. Ever.

Looks like a fraud website. My experience is similar to what hundreds of other customers have faced. Ordered rakhi n sweets online from their website for delivery to Geneva on 21st Aug but, no confirmation of the same neither via email nor Msg. No delivery untill today. Customer care doesnt answer phone, no reply to email. Money deducted from account. Will complaint in consumer court.

Horrible experience. I spent $24.00, and they didnt send the rakhi I chose for my brother. Instead of that, they sent different rakhi which is very old and not in good condition. Please do not west your money. I did attached photo of rakhi which one they sent to my brother and what i ordered. Even i request them to send same rakhi what I chose but they told me to read their policy and email that they sent what ever available in market. If they want to send different product then what you chose then why they use nice pictures of rakhi on website.I could have accept different rakhi what they sent but it was not good as well as old.Very disappointing experience.I should ready reviews before I place an order.

Never imagined that I could send a tin of haldiram rasgulla on rakhi for my bro in US. But they made it possible by delivering it in a day in Texas. Before ordering, I had to call their customer support for confirmation and they said yes we can do it and so rightly they did it. Superb service, will be buying more rakhis with them this year.
