Sangeeta & Barsha both are very helpful, waiting room is clean and comfortable.Expectations from Service assistance personnel should behave in a professional way rather than manipulation of personal links.Service center road conditions is now in pathetic condition.

Worst experience gathered as they are not ready to solve any problem rather they will show you the path to get out and take care of problems by yourself. I felt that I made a big mistake buying a maruti car as felt as if I am a fool and they are the king. Even they are very sure that I should get rid of my car and they prepared estimate without checking the car and also charged Rs. 5000/- as estimation charges and threatened that If I will not collect my vehicle they will impose garage rental charges on me. As my car broke down they are not considerate to receive my car and threatened that car will lie outside on the road If I am not present there to listen to their chores. Silly and cheap mentality people and very rude in their behaviour. I will not think of buying a maruti again and hope Maruti enhances the service experience for their customers who still today boasts of owning and also rebuying and be loyal to the same brand. After years of owning a brand of car like Maruti, today I am Heart broken.

I recently shifted to South Kolkata and this is the first time I visted this workshop. I am satisfied with the advice I received and I dont think I was made to spend on something which was not necessary. The approach road to the workshop is in very bad condition. Its very difficult to get in and drive out of the workshop.

The road leading to the service center is horrible. I have seen this road to be in this condition for years together. Inspite of being so close to EM ByPass expressway, this road conditions is pathetic. I found it quite difficult in negotiating the potholes which appears to have formed like big craters due to bombing from air. I hope Authority reconstruct this metal road soon, as only dumping rubbish materials will not help and we are able to ply safely.

The service center is good if the customer is vigilant. Otherwise they may charge extra for not so necessary work.The place is congested.

Congested, first come first serve, service advisors are burdened to death. Cars are driven around like circus, slight mistake and you gain a nice dent and broken tail lamp. In short if you want your car serviced, come early, like 7am maybe. Queue up at the gate, as soon as the operations start, start pressurising advisors for fast movement of actions, and last but not least - man mark your car like its shadow.

Not much space for a car workshop bit otherwise its a decent service centre with skilled manpower

A good service point of your maruti suzuki companys car. But the road is not maintained. other wise service point service is very good and fast

Biplab Biswas service manager available on all days except Monday is a good guide to get cheap service. At time of booking ask for Biplab. Quote my name Snehasis Banerjee, Garia to get 25% discount on labor charges.

Very nice service center, does the work very quickly, and customer waiting area is also nicely spacious. All types of COVID protocols are maintained strictly. Highly recommended..

The trusted & one of the most efficient workshop of Maruti. I have been to them since a long time. They not only meticulously solve every issue of the car but also give a feel good feelings to their customers. Although the place is bit interior from Eastern metropolitan byepass, they have drop & pick-up facility from Bhowmick Marbles, while you leave your car for servicing & take it back after completion.Most of the staff are friendly & efficient.

They are senitising cars while entry but shockingly I could find only one person wearing mask. I am shocked. Matter reported. Let me see the results.

This Maruti service center is located a bit far from E M bypass. I have mixed experience with this service center. In weekends its very difficult to bring car here for servicing. You will see a long car queue in weekends. Its better to go early morning. The service center opens at 7 AM. I didnt like that they do manual car wash. Now a days I see they have less labours to attend service job for such a large number of customers. There are several times I had to go twice for same servicing job as it was not done correctly. But the good part is the behaviors of service managers are good. I found them helpful whenever I went there for claiming insurance.

Every item charged on the job card is explained to the owner by Service Advisor. They follow the Maruti Suzuki owners manual for every vehicle. Access from the main road is painful though.Personal experience, my body repair against an insurance claim was addressed and car was handed over within 48 hrs. For minor damage, one can get the vehicle from body shop in 4 to 5 days maximum, though it is subject to availability of panels for specific models.

Very prompt and professional service. Maruti road assistance provided within an hour and the person helped taking my car to the service station. The service professional attended with care. Car was delivered and there were no hassles regarding obtaining warranty. The maintenance staff are experts here.

Good place for maruti car servicing. They do provide very good service. However also found that their charges are higher side compare to other maruti authorized service centers. Beware of unnecessary service requests for increasing your bill amount. You should do your homework and should refer local mechanic for the services actually needs to done then visit the service center and do your precious car servicing.

Nice service as always!! I am supposed to give 5 ratings.. but we had a bad experience. I asked for their regular service drop-off at bye-pass. The driver was young and inexperienced and CARELESS!! He stopped the car on the middle of the road on bye-pass and asked us (me, my wife and a lady employee). While I was getting off the car and stepped out my one feet, I suddenly started screaming as I saw the car rear wheel is rolled into my feet. The drive was so careless that he was not in parking mode and forgot about customers/ passengers are offloaded. We complained to the guy (not manager) who gave us main service at workshop and confirmed that an action would be taken. The guy later told me that that driver was suspended from work for week.. but could not verify!! However we understood that this incident is outside their work ethics and policy hence did not escalate further.

Its service is great for the owners of new car, but once you are there for paid servicing, service is not up to the mark.

Very good experience

My first experience was good. I took my WagonR for servicing for first time to them couple of days back and had a satisfactory outcome(till now).They were pretty responsive in getting back to me to provide the status. MGA genuine parts were not costly but labour charges are on higher side. But probably you cant do much on that as those are set by MS India.Only suggestion, they should make arrangements for light refreshments (like tea/coffee) for visiting customers, which I noticed in my previous workshop.

Service was prompt,excellent,behaviour was modest,queries were resolved in through an elaborate discussion,charges were moderate,stuffs were all busy with something or other works in a very congenial mood with continuous help/ suggestion/co-operation amongst themselves,facilities for bare basic requirements are available. I Liked the place & the persons I interacted with & feel to be recommended for service there.

Located ideally very close to EM bypass near Metro cash and carry. Good infrastructure, excellent customer service, prompt servicing and overall everything under one roof made it a ideal visit for cars of Maruti make. Pricing is reasonable. Servicing is authentic.

Over crowded. Not quality work. High service charge compared most of its rivals. Clearly Maruti is dictating due to 50% market share in Indian auto sector

Apart from the huge waiting the service providers are good. They look into the issues and try to address them, on some occasions they suggest options wherein the customer doesnt end up spending more than what is required. The crowd too is a factor, too many cars are up for servicing in a day.

Reception understaffed. Be careful to know the jod list and the job done at the end. Undercarriage cleaning not done. But the price remains the same for service.
