Adjacent to Innovation Tower.Company is good.Learning scope for Developers is a lot.Team Leaders should be more capable instead of oiling up the Bosses.The Management is nice and friendly but doesnt know the reality of the Work Floor.Mandatory to work on 3rd Saturday of every month.If you are a Fresher then you will have very less Salary, a bit of Work Pressure initially. But you will get to learn a lot. Just be adaptive to your Project Requirements.Some days you might have to work 1-2 hours extra Work needs to get delivered.Appraisals are mostly good and better than MNCs. Stay in the good books of your Team Leads. Their feedback matters for your Appraisals and Leaves.

I worked as a Designer at Mass Software Solutions full-time for 2 years.Pros:One of the better companies in Kolkata. All the directors are friendly and professional. A lot of learning scope is there for Designers and Developers.Cons:Mandatory office on 3rd Saturday of every month. One of the worst Team Leaders (Subhankar Majumder at that time) I have ever seen. He is incapable in maintaining good Interpersonal communication with all of his teammates due his rough, demotivating behaviour and dominating attitude. This is one of the disadvantages for a designer to give his/her best performances.

I cant say enough to express my conplete satisfaction with this company. Throughout the past 10+ years Ive come to rely on Mass Software Solutions for my personal and business web development needs. During this time theyve remained current with software solutions and advised accordingly. Although Im located in the United States the time difference has never been an issue. Theyve always stood behind their work even when customers needed changes well after the completion of their project. Highly recommend!

I have worked full time in the company for one year in design section. Overall, the company is good with mobile app and development section. They give salary in time. Only problem is the team lead of design section. Completely negative approach, management politics, tremendous domination, insulting and demotivating behaviour of design team lead. Not a good place for experienced designers.
