This office of HDFC Life is difficult to locate, its hidden behind KFC which uses the same colour combination for its logo. However, after you reach its a different experience.The service provided here is token based. To get a token, one has to send an sms to a certain number which is a standard practice, but how to get the token is not written anywhere on the notice boards (which I saw), the security personnel has been assigned the task to guide incoming customers to apply for tokens and there is the big flaw.Technically tokens should be given as soon as a customer is entering the office for any service so that the correct wait time and service time can be calculated for each customer and any breach in KPI or SLAs can be identified, but here what they were doing is they were asking customers to apply for tokens right before they were going to be serviced by any of the executives. So even if you were waiting for 30 minutes in the office to speak to an executive, the data when checked would only reveal it is 5 mins which is an incorrect practice and should be discouraged.I would request anyone who is reading this review to ask for a token as soon as you enter their office.There is nothing else that I found wrong with the service aspect, executives possess good knowledge in solving queries and about different products of HDFC Life.My review is not to discourage people from visiting this office for any service requirement but to ensure that we as customers of HDFC Life also need to be proactive and vigilant and discourage this practice.

The office is located in the same building as the KFC. However it is a bit hard to locate it from outside. Staff is good.

Google map lists wrong locations. Obviously, the agency has not bothered to update its addresses online. Shows disregard for customer satisfaction.

Markets,Hotels,Restaurants everythig is available here, Also it is a junction point to go east,west,north,south.

Very very wrong location mentioned based on actual office location and address mentioned. Surprisingly HDFC service desk has no contact details of the branch. So no way a person at least can ask for a guidance from HDFC Life to locate the office..
