Customers are treated like beggars. I had the misfortune to meet two employees or rather street level thugs who misinformed me and took me for a spin.A renowned company like Tata should look about whom they are hiring.A communal sentiment employee with the whole intent of cheating customers and suvkung money.
Very quick home loan processing and the relationship manager is very Knowlagable and helpful, for home loan tata capital is the best NBFC, other then SBI

Atleast they should update the address in google map..Not every people are very familiar with the directions of Saltlake and Sector - V. So they may need to rely on google map. I did so. And the map shows me the address at opposite site where there is nothing except the footpath under the metro station. I had to ask 5-6 peoples to reach there. Maximum of them unaware about the building name also as building name is also not correctly mentioned.
