Dear please avoid LICHFL it offers very poor service .Very Very pathetic people ,it is highly not recommended.

The front office agent are corrupted.They are allways working as developers agent.They misguid normal clint. Agent system of lichfl make them corrupt. There is no customer care or customer support.

Very bad experience from staffs. As a share holder I’m worry about company’s future.

Its not a bank and not a concern who are used to connect with their existing customer. They are always interested to make there own money in the name of interest . I dont know how they change the interest rate frequently without intimating the customer. They always try to restrict you by the name of rule when you are trying to transfer your loan to other bank.They are very much unprofessional and you are never able to do anything online.They always tell you to visit there brunch office and when you go there you may see the specific server of special LICHFL is down .HA HA. They make your life miserable and you are bound to pay the extra interest amount all the time .

Extremely rude and unproffessional staff, they need first learn to have people skills first.Would not bother to recommend anyone to take loan from this branch. LICHFL should reinvest in people skills of this branch but it was not like this when we took the loan first.Branch Manager please take note of these google reviews.

The service of lic hfl is WORST. They are extremely rude, non-cooperative and harass people at each and every steps. The loan interest rate is also maximum. Please go to anywhere except this place for home loan.

They are always ready for your house financing. You can contact them for your house financing need whenever you feel like.

Pathetic Service and behavior of the staffs working in this branch and overall experience with LICHFL. Getting a List of Documents for my home loan took 6 months of pain and follow up. I transferred my Home Loan from here, and now getting the original deed documents is taking another pain (2 months passed already). Folks ...beware !!!!
