Here H.D.F.C.Bank ATM facility available. 24 hours ATM open and money available. All ATM card accepted. But no security guard inside or outside this ATM. Inside is clean and also a bucket is kept .

Visited this branch to deposit money. Asked teller at cash counter and he showed me the cash deposit form to fill up & submit. I did the same and returned back to him. Teller (without checking my a/c details: Do you have HDFC a/c in our branch? I: No, Its in another branch but doesnt make any difference because of core banking. Teller: You want to deposit cash? I: Yes Teller: How much? I: 20k Teller (without checking anything) : Sorry, Our system is down. Please go to Garia branch. If your system is down then why didnt you tell me beforehand when I reached out to you director the cash deposit form? Garia branch is approx 8 kms away. Then why did you waste my time & energy? Highly unprofessional staff.

Worst service. Inspite of several reminders and requests the branch manager is not capable of doing anything in his own capability
