I have one doubt ...I bought 4 long chains it was to the same address and delivered on the same day by same person...but delivery charge separately taken for each item...why like that???To the same person,same brand,same address then how come it is justified

I buy a pendant from Rohini delhi from max ,but after one time it was become blackish in color .I am not expected from your side
