DONT VISIT THIS STOTRE. Just a month ago, Ophthalmologist (probably but NOT a Doctor) of this store namely Miss Sudeshna checked my friends eyes and prescribed wrong vision power of eyes after the test, and on the basis of it, my friend made a power glass from this store, but she did not get clear vision after wearing the new spectacles. That time, said Ms. Sudeshna told her that it will take time to adjust, so my friend agreed with that and started wearing the glass, but not only she did not get clear vision after a month of wearing, but also she suffered headaches for wearingthat, so she visited a chamber of an Eye specialist doctor at delhi and that eye doctor told that her earlier test by said Ms. Sudeshna of Titan Eye Plus store, Padma Pukur was totally INCORRECT AND WRONG and thats why she is facing problems of headaches and not getting clear vision.After that when it was informed to Ms. Sudeshna, she did not accept her mistake and even started MISBEHAVING with my friend.So, I, as a local resident and customer, advice all of you to NOT TO VISIT THIS STORE, as the store appointed unprofessional persons who even dont know how to behave with customers. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
