Its a Govt owned Auditorium used for Public Conferences & other kind of Sessions. The property is rented at sone cost however with many unwanted restrictions. Seating capacity of almost 300 & the stage too is good. The Ambience is good.

Situated in Rabindra Sarobar, the auditorium is most famous as the locale for Dover Lane Music Festival, a week long event dedicated to Indian and Carnatic Classical Music and held every January. For the rest of the year, the venue hosts various local and international events including dance and musical soirees, college functions as well as conferences and auditions. The large auditorium has a semi-circular stage and a seating capacity of approximately 3000. Regular performances by Bengali rock bands and other Indian groups make this a much-visited destination and especially popular among the youth of the city. However, the appearance of the space is not what you would expect of an auditorium of this standard to be and is in desperate need of renovation and modernization. It can be easily reached by buses and cabs.

It is of the best auditorium in Kolkata with excellent acqustic system. It is a privilege to attend whole night, classical music program like Dovar lane music conference annual program.Apart from that other popular musical functions take place here by renowned artists are also good.

A nice cosy air conditioned auditorium ideal for cultural programme. Long back (1980) it opened as an open air theater, now remodeled as ac mini auditorium. some decent eateries nearby would add value to it.

This is one of the biggest auditoriums here in Kolkata. It has a huge hall with large sitting capacity. The place is well maintained and polished. You get to see a large number of events occurring in this Auditorium. Some times schools also comes to host their fests and many such events. I came here to participate for a quiz competition hosted by The Telegraph. It was a good time here.

The Nazrul Mancha is a mammoth auditorium with very soothing lighting and sound system . The capacity must be around 2/3 thousand seats with proper acoustic. So far the maintenance of the complex is very good. It has proper washroom facilities and car parking space. I am sure large scale programs are being organised by the custodians.I wish the authorities all the very best.

The revamped Nazrul Mancha really lives up to the standards. Comfortable seats, clean sitting areas. Sound system is also pretty good. Good view of the stage with comfortable viewing zones. The only let down is the toilet, it is true that during concerts and functions its bound to be dirty, but by the looks of it they werent maintained for a long time. This gets better, and its a 5 stars from me then.

An average class theatre located near Robindra Sarobar Lake . Overall good for local cultural programs... Generally annual programs of school, collage, programs of dance school, official programs are organised here... Hoping for betterment of this hall... And yes, parking lot structure needs to be improved a lot...It has Good infrastructure but expensive.Its a ideal place for any occasion...

This is the best Indoor Auditorium i have ever seen in Kolkata.Its an Air Conditioned Auditorium and has well cushioned seats.The closest Metro Station from Nazrul Mancha is Rabindra Sarovar.The atmosphere here is normal.There are garden and the place is covered with trees.

Although it was quite spacious,it needs more air conditioning and good entry points.Along with these the seating arrangement doesnt quite provide an uniform view of the stage.
