Mahajati Sadan is an auditorium located in Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This auditorium is regularly used for Bengali theatres. Seminars are also organized in the seminal hall of Mahajati Sadan. This auditorium was an important part of Indias freedom movement.Subhas Chandra Bose, the famous Indian freedom fighter made a request to Rabindranath Tagore to create an auditorium and in response to the request of Bose, Tagore laid the foundation stone of Mahajati Sadan in 19 August 1939.

I like this auditorium because it has nice views when you go inside you got awesome feeling.

A large Auditorium Hall with huge number of seating capacity with Historic Values and having very good amenities.The hall is clean, tidy and the canteen is good.But the toilet is not up to the mark but on the other hand, the exhaust-air condition of the hall is pretty good.Overall it is a very hall to arrange for big meetings.

The Mahajati House is a famous theater in Kolkata. It is located next to the MG road metro station. Still, Bangla plays are regularly staged in this theater. This tribe is affiliated with the Indian Independence Movement. This theater is named after Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore.The seminar was held in the seminar room.
