Yesterday I had visited the clinic for my fathers Ct scan who is a covid positive patient. He was made to stand in the reception and wait there with all other people. There were kids, aged people, pregnant ladies and everyone. This is a very serious matter and shows how the Apollo clinic is taking steps during this serious time. They dont have home delivery service for covid affected patients. We are under isolation and its not a matter of joke. We cant risk other peoples life. They also dont have any proper arrangements for sending the soft copy of the reports. Extremely poor arrangements for the pandemic.
