My conversation & deal was closed by Bina Guha from the company, she gave me a good rate & also co-ordinated well till the boarding time & is still in touch. I read some good reviews and thought this Escape Thrill were very nice travel agency. So i booked a trip to Sundorban with them. They showed me the highlights of the tour and the other arrangements. But from the very day of booking i have noticed their lack of professionalism as they have cancelled the trip several times. Finally last friday i went with the group and faced a lot of consequences as they have charged Rs.4990 for a person, which is an absurd amount in comparison with other tours and travel companies of sundorbans. Other companies like Sagar Sangam, Sundorban tour, chuti chuti are offering the same package within Rs. 3000-3500..Moreover, I didnot like the tour because they seemed not to be honest and didnt have any proper arrangements for staying and fooding... They served awful food throughout the 3days trip and moreover they didnt follow the plan too... I was uncomfortable throughout the trip beacause of the lack of responsibilities shown by the travel agency runned by a lady Mrs. Bina Guha.. I would never recommend their travel agency..
