They have 2 showrooms, one in Narayantalla Baguiati the other one in Topsia. I visited the Narayantalla showroom. The store is huge, they have a wide collection of bikes to showcase. They also has their service department at the back of the showroom where one can get his/her two-wheeler service. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I went to enquire about the new Hero Xtreme 160-R, to be honest the bike is just amazing in specs, looks and power.

My name is Alpas Halder and Im from kolkata, Baguihati. Few months back I purchased a Hero passion pro BS-6 Bike from Vinline Engineering P Ltd - Hero MotoCorp, Baguihati on 7th June 2021 but till date my insurance is not done and I have not got my number plate also. I visited the showroom but they were not helpful. They told that it will take more time and they cant help me therefore I tried to call hero East zonal office which is in Salt Lake but no one recived my callIm really disappointed by after service provided by hero. No staffs are helpful here. Seeing my experience with hero I will never suggest any of my friends to buy any 2 wheeler from hero, if it continues like this. I really dont have any words to express my experience with hero. It was really a bad experience. I just want to know who will take the responsibility if something happens to my 2-wheeler?? Why my insurance is not done yet?? Why there is no RTO registration till date??? ITS ALREADY BEEN MORE THAN 2 MONTHS. If things goes like this Im really afraid soon hero will lose their goodwill.This is not my first experience buying a 2-wheeler, previously I bought a Ray Zr 125 cc from Yamaha and trust me their after service is much more superior than hero, Yamaha had completed all the paperwork within 20 days but in Hero its more than 2 months now but no response till date and no one is there to help also...its really disappointing.Im attaching all the documents which I got from the showroom and I hope I will get a solution of my problem which Im facing with Hero.

After sale service is too bad....my uncle ordered a thing 2 months ago..but they told that is not available for few months...its makes the bike very difficult to use ...Dont go here....they dont give value to the customers.. 3rd class

I have gone to this shop 4 - 5 times in between 16th August 2021 - 31st August 2021 (Time between 11.30 am - 2.00 pm). All the time i have seen the shop is closed.

Servicing department/area is always over crowded and customers waiting area is very dirty and not clean. No Covid 19 norms followed at all. Lazy supervisors, you are attended only after reminding them several times. Overall very mismanaged dealer of HERO bikes.

Parts are not available in their sarvice center.my bike has been in the sarvice center for over a month now and I havent changed the fuel pump yet and my bike is not even 6month old yet the fuel pump has gone bad.when asked to change the fuel pump, they said they will not give a warranty.🙄😯😒☹️😠😡

The showroom has been closed and my money has been blocked. I have made advance payment but when I went to take Scooty I found the showroom is closed. More than 4 times I have gone there but use of it. And number that they provide is not reachable. Totally fraud.

Experience is very bad. Careless attitude was shown at the time of servicing. My prize were scratches at two different places in my bike.....I handed over bike for so called free servicing on 23.06.2021....I told them but no response received.Please be cautious....

Worst experience ever related to any purchases. I purchased a Super Splendor bike from this showroom 1 year back and till date is repenting on my decision to purchase it from this show room. The employees are unprofessional, non-cooperative, rude and very indifferent. One example would be sufficient I was able to collect the Smart Card from them after 1 year of purchase of the Bike and after requiring to visit 6 times to the showroom. Every time they would cite some new rule and not deliver the Card. Bike servicing experience has also been horrible. They are not able to fix a small glitch with the gear and to cover their inability they try to justify saying that it is a feature of Hero Bike only. When I took the bike to a local mechanic he fixed the glitch with ease. If there were any provision for negative rating I would have given it for this Showroom.

The showroom has all the bikes you want to look at. Also the staffs are well educated about the bikes that they are showing. The only thing which I didnt like about the showrrom is that its not clean. The bikes on display has dust on them (not cleaned everyday or so). The desks in the showroom are very dirty. When I asked about loan, the person responsible told me verbally what will be my EMI and the details, but he was not interested to give that in writting.

Very bad servicing.....They are charging high but not able to fix small problems. Before giving my bike for servicing, I told them that battery is low as did not use bike for few days during covid19 and requested them to recharge. During delivery he said, every thing is fine and he checked personally and to my surprise, bike did not start when I tried auto start. Then I asked him again, did u really tested my bike and recharge the battery. Still that guy lied. Every time his statement changed...and then he said, let me recharge again..,... We do not expect this kind of service in showroom. Its better to give bike to local mechanic for servicing then and they ll charge less. We give bike to authorised service center expecting a quality service not huge bill amount......

Authorised service centre of hero motocorp. Staffs are professional and well mannered. Servicing is good. One can book service by phone call as well.The best thing is they always try to improve their customer service. They have on spot feedback system on servicing and they call for feedback after some time as well. Everytime I visit, I see something new to make their customer service better.

The only reason these guys get 1 star, is because I cant give it a lower rating. I have never seen a more nonsensical sales team in my entire life...these guys dont even make the effort to sell the bike, sales personnel busy on their own phones, half baked knowledge on their products, and no test drives. As if I am going to pay them 1.5lakhs without even knowing what I am buying. If you can avoid this particular showroom, my advice would be AVOID IT...

The worst Hero showroom one would ever come across. Rude and ill mannered staff, no knowledge of customer dealing and extremely unprofessional. I doubt if they are capable of maintaining any after sale relation with any of their customers. Hero is one of the best two-wheeler automobile company, so visit any showroom but not this one definitely.NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.

I m updating my review from 4 start to 1 star bcz I have faced such issue from staff Mr. Ubed of servicing team. I wanted to repair some part of my scooter and I was told 1 month ago that my parts are not available they have to order it and will available soon. Now I haved called them for 2 to 4 time the staff person Mr. Ubed giving no. Of parts team and they are not provided any order against my scooter. Such a pathetic service n I will never go this service center again and never gonna recommend to any of my family or friends.

I had been there for the 2nd free service of my destini scooty. Due to huge que. I changed my mind and came back home.

Very good and generous people. I had come after my accident and they took very good care of me and my bike. They did my first aid and showed a lot of concern and made the bike really quick. I PURCHASED TWO WHEELER FROM BHUTNATH HERO BUT THEY FAILED TO REPAIRED MY BIKE BUT AT VINLINE ALL WORK RAPAIR TO CLAIM SETTLED DONE SMOOTHLY. THIS IS CALLED PROFESSIONAL . I AM VERY HAPPY AND APPRECIATE THE HERO MANAGEMENT.

After sale service is very poor.Its a bad experience, 1month and 3 days ago I buy a bike but, till now I cant get the registration number,And sales person cant pick up my call, or no 1 can answer me perfectly when I get my registration number.

This is actually a Hero motor(Bike) show room and servicing center both are attached. Anyone can servicing Hero bike here(with payment). Servicing quality is good. Servicing time take 3 to 4 hour in a day. Many features are available here. Technicians are good with polite behaviour. Overall good.

They are the best and I really love their services. The charges and offers are too good. Also staffs does perfect job there.

I have visited this place to see the hero glamour bs 6 bike..There was a boy who told me the bike specifications very politely as well as guide me the total amount of the bike with proper breakage of the total amount.like price insurance regisyration etc.

It is a service centre for Hero Honda Motor Cycles. Supervisors at the centre are nice guys. The service centre have modern equipments and systems for servicing. There is also a facility of insurance of motorcycle at the same building.

This is a very good showroom for two wheeler. This showroom is quite busy when you are going to this showroom keep 2-3 hour in your schedule. Staff are also good, but due to too much rush they took too much time to respond. Overall is quite good.

The service is very poor. Persons do not give any indulge about the customer speaking. No body here to speak about our problems. I think Hero such a renowned co.should look after the matter.

All kind of Hero MC are available. Sales person are well behaved and cooperative. It also offers servicing of MC and their servicing quality is also impressive. I always prefer to do my MC maintenance from here only because they assures genuine parts and recommended engine oils.

Servicing is okay. Most of the time its pretty slow. Whenever you going to pick up the bike after service make sure you give a call to them because most of the time they dont deliver in time. Secondly i had purchased a Maestro from here and it took them 1 year to provide me smart card. Had to shout on them every three months.
