Satisfied with their elevators in my building. It has been over three years and there has been no major breakdowns yet. Their service men stick to their annual maintenance contract and provide timely services. They even attended our call and sent personnel during the lockdown period.

Most impressive things about them are one year free service for their product after installation and immediate response after calling. Service is worst, they even don’t receive calls and if some times receive than don’t give positive response and never sends a person within acceptable time, they come according to their wish and will.Today’s world is service based and I will suggest them to please improve your service response time otherwise your GOLY will become zero and will be dependent on AMC only and if any third party starts to give service than you will be washed out.
