Very poor commitment of delivary...I order 2 month ago and advance 1.60 lakh...he give me delivary date on 9th Dec 2020. ..but when we went to his factory first week of Dec ..we saw he didnt even start job.. very poor delivary...dont go there ....

This is a most horrible manufacturing company of India. I paid Rs. 5.36 lakhs in January 2019 to Mr. Alok Mukherjee, the proprietor of Mascon Engineering Works to supply me two pulverizers. Myself and Mr. Mukherjee were agreed to certain technical specifications, price, and date of delivery of both the machines in January 2019. He was supposed to deliver both the machines in first week of March 2019. Till date neither he delivered machines nor paid my money back. I had to close down my production unit. I sincerely urge everyone not to buy machines from Mascon Engineering Works or its any subsidiary. Several times he sent me emails that he will pay me within certain date, but till date not paid any money. Last month I filed a case in Consumer Court. Recently I have come to know he has cheated many customers like me.
