Very bad experience. Has booked a bike more than three months ago with Rs. 5000/-. They kept me waiting and waiting and finally failed to provide desired model and agreed to refund, but has not refunded anything despite hundreds of calls. It has been more than a month and I am yet to get the refund. Be aware before booking. You will neither get the bike nor the refund. Go for other showrooms or Other BRANDS.

Guys please avoid this showroom of Hero. Hero as a brand is excellent. The owner of Vinline Topsia is a big cheat. Their staff are the same . They charged me for smart card , number plates and leg guard and when I asked for bills they said not required initially. When I went to collect number plate and all they denied taking any payments. Owner and staffs are cheat avoid this showroom

Good responce of finance representatives sales person are so so . . .. Showroom is back dated interior but the location at bypass near Maruli bagan is awesome . Big area for 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler parking.

Showroom is good, huge collection on bikes and scooters, various colors options also available. Service center is quite far from the showroom, near about 1KM. Location wise very good, just few meters away from Topsia More and noticeable from normal traffic. Only demerit is that stuffs are lacking knowledge about upcoming models of the company. They only help about the ongoing models.

Do you provide any defensive driving training? if not kindly share if you have any contact who can provide, please.

Very poor customer service and rude staff. They owed me a helmet as part of an offer which they refused to give. The staff behaved very badly and only after threatening they consented to give the merchandise.

I purchased hero maestro edge from one of the showrooms in thakurpukur they sold me a malfunctioning scooty..even adter complaining hundreds of times they never bothered..this is what you people manufacture and deliver..i believed in hero motorcycles the most but will never recommend anyone in my future..

Not satisfactory staff the staff did not engage and answer my queries.I went with a friend to about motorbikes so that we can purchase one soon.The on the spot finance guy helped us with the details of the bike,while the hero staff who was suppose to show us the bike sat there scrolling through his phone,sadly bot a good experience thus this low rating.

Good place for bike maintenance

It was possible to get my scooter delivered the day I placed the order . Apart from that its a dusty old showroom with not at all a nice environment for women . The salesmen are crooks.
