Office staffs are very helpful and you can get a gas connection same day if documents are ready with money. Most important thing is they dont pressurise you to buy oven with gas connection.

The service is fast generally the process for new connection or transferring existing connection is quick. They also dont charge extra.But the problem is they sometimes refuse to take online payment, you literally have to fight to take online payment instate of CASH.

Prompt service, very much satisfied, got gas new connection and delivered within 2 days time. On main road, opposite to coal India office, dont use Google map to reach. Next to shop ATM and photo copy shop available if needed.

Not so customers friendly they dont have proper knowledge over on which location there gas supply is possible. 😢😢

Within 5 month of connection this is second time my cylinder is leak. Complain to customer service 2 hours before but till now no buddy come to give service. Very poor customer service. Almost every cylinder is disputed.I am not recommending this distributor.

They accept online payment made through Indane app.Never ever give delivery charges to the delivery boy as per Government rule even if the delivery boy pressurize. Our Government bear the delivery charges and its being paid to the dealer.

Quite monopolistic place. You have to go if you reside nearby. Feels like total government office. But the customer response is OK, at least dont think to get things done via tout. You can visit here for taking new gas connection and queries regarding it.

Its an Indane gas distributing agency. Its located in Eastern club bus stoppage .I am one of the customer of this distributing agency .The services that I received from the agency is great . The staff are really helpful and provide help when they are asked for.They provide fast services without irritating the customers.

AC office, staff is helpful provided you have all documents ready. They helped me by sitting extra half an hour after 4:00 pm (closing time).

Delivery is always delayed. It takes more than 45 days for delivery. The delivery guys are pathetic. I have been cooking using induction for last one month. There is a delivery guy named Tapas is the worst one. Will never recommend this distributor.

They may do better in being more pleasant and courteous. Still in Panchayat mode while being in the business district of Kolkata. Also, they Do not honour the preferred time cylinder delivery even though you opt for it by paying extra for at indane website. So basically Indane is insane by taking extra money but not delivering on chosen time slots.

I took a new connection from here, they did not force me for the oven, they took the fees for oven checking on the same they sent the technician and I was provided with the new connection. Also for refilling I was given the cylinder within 24 Hrs of booking through IVRS. Way to go forward. This is asli acche din.

They do not open the offcie on time. If you have 5 mins of work there then keep extra an hour with you. They work like Sarkari Babu. And in New Town Area It is the only one Indane Gas Distributor, so you do not have options here.
