Electric post is attached to our house in a highly hazardous way over last 40 years. Officers asking for money and forcing us to pay for the cause. New poles placed but ours not shifted. Property should be renovated ASAP. Urgent shifting of the electric pole is required to avoid any mishap.This is exactly why privatization of basic and utility services are strictly required..as we can compare to other states..Govt employees tend to gain more fats...

One of the most 3rd class office.. In time of emergency they never pick call.. They are always busy in phone.. Not for office work.. I think they talk with others in office time.. Always give fake information.. Always create trouble for consumers.. Both the service department and the office staff are misbehave with consumers...

They never pickup the fon during emergency. Or the line is always engaged that means the receiver is kept aside so that nobody can make a complaint. This is done deliberately
