Nicco Venture is a very good consulting company. They all are very helpfull regarding every candidates recruitment.

The building has spit marks around every corner. Also there was only 2 lifts where only 4 or 5 could fit in each. There is always a line for the lift

They hire engineers for labour purpose job, in Pune or Aurangabad. After joining in the company you just feel you are into the trap.

They conducted a pool campusing at UEM for Bentley Systems where almost all the colleges of Bengal took part, and they rejected the streams IT and EE as a whole from general aptitude round. They did not bother to check the copies of IT and EE for a IT based company!!Shame on you Nicco Ventures..And conducting an apti via google forms without proper time calculation? This is a professional aptitude organizer? Shame!!

Worst place actually a scam type of thing they call 2000 from all pvt engg college in wb kolkata and do lottery in every round like written test , gd and finally select 10 guys for final interview giving impression of hard scrutiny to the actual company but again the lucky 1s fail and company say everything ok then. dont rely and do well in campus conducted placement. cheers

Too much bad company. HR and all admin staffs are so irresponsible persons. Please avoid the company. Dont go this company.
