I have not purchased any product from them. After purchasing my Celestron 130EQ and using it for a day or two as I was having some problem, I contacted them. Mr Suman helped me throughout in re-installing my telescope. He provided me every support I needed, even at very odd hours, some time even at 1.30 AM. He was never annoyed nor got irritated. I got online support from him regarding different aspect of astronomy. I think for him its selling products is secondary but building relationships to inculcate and augment astronomy is primary.

The other two reviews rated 5 stars have been given by the owners themselves who i have met personally and it was a very bad experience. They are not even civil with people when they decide not to be, let alone being hospitable. My suggestion is do not even go near this establishment or they will make you regret it. I would rate them as less than 1 star if i could.
