The Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya is an integral part of the Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Narendrapur which has its Headquarters at Belur Math, Howrah, West Bengal. Since its opening on 22nd April 1958, it has been a residential school for boys established on the foundation of the high ideals of Swami Vivekananda....

Academic excellence of this vidyalaya is highly impressive and appreciable. Every year we get top 5-10 rankers in WBBSE MADHYAMIK EXAM. This place delivers quality education from very efficient teachers. Beside of academic excellence they take care of the allround development of the students via various curriculum activities. Students are benefitted with a quality teaching of music , instruments. They have a big playground where the students can play any type of game of their interest. They have got allmost every types of gaming accessories. There is a wonderful science laboratory for the students persuing science. This laboratory has an awesome outside view and there are lot of laboratory instruments and apparatus for any kind experiment. There are many hostels for the students of every section as it is a residential school. In every Bhavana(hostels) there is a Maharaj as a superintendent. They look after the students and mentor them both spirituality and academically.

This is amazing place. I stay Vidyamandira hostel for workshop purpose. The chef here can cook very well. Food are reasonable prices. This is a natural place.
