They are very busy for selling the goods. So you have to specify for your required things. Otherwise customer may not get their electronic goods.

I bought a branded (Toni) soldering iron along with some electrical goods like wires, soldering gel. I found the soldering iron is giving electrical shocks and not able to use it. The electrical circuits are short circuited and not able to use it. So, i had to come to that shop again and asked for either fix or change the device with a good one. He was ignoring me as a customer which is very annoying. There are few issues i found with this seller -1) Behavioral issues and doesnt behave well with customers.2) Not having a competitive price from other seller in that area.3) Dishonest seller as he was denying to exchange that device.4) Do not provide any hard copy bills.
