They are only useful if you want to take new connection. Anything else, they are not interested only. Went there to get my sim deactivated as I had one too many jio sims, but they arent even interested.Should have seen their attitude. As if Im begging them.Very very very bad outlet.

They denied me a Jio sim because I told them just to activate Prime and I will recharge myself. Well, you have to recharge and activate a pack from them to get a sim.

Its only about Jio. Not for reliance CDMA or GSM service. Service is good.
