This a cheat company. I called Samsung service centre for repair of refrigerator. and they came to service / repair my freeze. They charged Rs.1800 but the problem was not solved. When I contacted them repeatedly, they gave date for visit of service person. But nobody arrived. Now they disconnect the phone. Not only they failed to repair, I came to know that they are not authorised Samsung service Centre. I do not know how they arrived when I complained to Samsung Customer Care. Must be some fraudulent nexus. All customers beware
