Excellent ambience, Very good customer service, excellent sales & service, ever ready to show and sell the latest products and show the various new brands on sale. We had gone to buy a Panasonic 45 television set and a Samsung Washing Machine. As we entered their shop, they read the minds of their customers by giving us a place to sit and served us a chilled soft drink with Ice floating in the bottles. Automatically, they showed us the latest brands of both the television and the Washing Machine. We selected the items and paid on the spot and we gave them our visiting card and their lorry was already loaded with the material and their respective technicians. I have always visited Khosla Electronics now to their new shop on Sarat Bose Road opp. the Beltalla Motor Vehicles Department.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Unprofessional staff. Only promising lies and over committing. Will advice skip shopping if possible from here or else be prepared to receive disappointment, frustration, lies, etc. no one to hear your grievance. Everybody seems to lease bothered.
