On 31 july 2021 (Saturday) we paid the full amount by card , we ordered one Bosch dishwasher top model. They said “mam we cannot deliver the item on Sunday because the schedule is packed, so by Monday we will deliver it. On Tuesday the installation will be done.” Today (Tuesday)the entire day we waited no one gave us a call . Later my mother called them at 7:30pm that “when will the person come for installation?” He said tomorrow they will come please manage it.All i can say it was the most poor experience, we waited the entire day , at least they could have informed us!

I bought a Carrier AC couple of months back. Purchase was ok but installation was a nightmare. Water has been constantly trickling in whenever it rains . Went to the store....they are blaming the Carrier guys....nothing done to give me respite. I paid 7k+ for installation! Horrible after sales cooperation. I had made quite a few purchases before but now their services have detoriated. Only interested in selling the product.

Onyx studio s6 (Harman kardon) and the sales person was so annoying and he told me that if I get a lesser quote then he will give me the speakers for free. as if he was challenging me.So Today I went to lenin sarani. The person committed to a product with certain specifications, he confirmed the same after asking repeatedly and assured us. We made an advance payment and went to buy the same after a couple of hours. He then changed the specs of the same product and said he had informed us wrongly the previous time and the updated specs was not up to the mark or according to my needs. I have the bill, and a photograph of the product slip. Will be moving to consumer forum this week.

The store seems good. I was surprised they sell smart TVs but they dont have a running wifi to demonstrate these Smart TVs.

I went to fundamental Southcity branch to purchase a Microwave oven. I bought an LG Microwave oven from here. Just let me inform that I provided a pathetic service by Mr. Swapan. I took The delivary of my product from store. He does not give me the manual book of microwave oven with the pack. I got to know from LG technicians that without manual book it is impossible to work with lg charcoal microwave oven. I visited again to store and meet Mr. Swapan, he aggressively refuse to give the manual book.Should we expect this kind of CHEATING from a reputed company like Fundamental????In these pandemic situation, every one fighting for sustain..... and fundamental is busy in cheating there customer by an untrained and Rude staff like Mr. Swapan.

I have bought a washing machine last Sunday. I had some queries. The lady concerned amicably & confidently answered. But in actual ....she did not know many information. It seems she was more interested in selling the product no matter what may be the consequence. A good salesman should sell by guiding the customer with correct information. Since I buy all home appliances from this shop, I did not expect this to happen to me. 22phone calls before installation!! I hope , in future, this does not happen to another customer in Fundamental.

Avoid this store at all costs! Rude and inexperienced staff. They think customers are fool and think they can get away with any illogical explanation they give. They will treat you good firstly; wait till you make the payment and hidden facts will unfold themselves. Dont lose your hard earned money here.

I bought samsung galaxy A50... apart from the price of the phone i told them that i need a tempered glass for my mobile screen... the staffs over there are such cheaters amd frauds that they gave me an offer of antivirus and tempered glass costing Rs 900/-... after doing all the formalities they put my phone in a box... after coming i found that those rascals have not put any tempered glass instead they have stuck some kind of sticky plastic sheet... pls guys be very careful... they fool customers... Beware...

I have over the 10 years purchased almost all my electronic items from this shop. But today I experienced a 3rd rate service. I had gone today for purchase of tv. I looked at various models of various companies. The sales person instead of making us understand which TV should we should buy was all time asking us where the TV unit will be delivered. Please buy it today otherwise we will not get any discount. We said, aree bhai, let us first select the model/brand and then the question of delivery and price will come. Then after identifying some models I asked him to write down on the price and model on a piece of paper and give it to me to enamel me to decide which he did. Now, the issue, when I called him after finalising a model and confirmed the price he flatly refused that he had written the price on the paper. On repeated telling him he said the price is in not respect of the model I choosed but of a another inferior model. This so nothing but cheating. Henceforth I am not buying any stuff from this shop.

Went to purchase LG refrigerator with Fundamentals South City, but disappointing to receive the display item which was damaged internally in the gasket section.Soon contacted the store but really bad behaviour from the Store manger Mr.Banerjee. they didnt even listen to us for the replacement.the LG care was nice to us & they changed the gas chamber inside which was a freight damage by them.really dissapointed that such store under such a reputed mall could do such things with their customers..this the first & last time that i will be purchasing from them.they are only a money making organization who cares only for money & not valubale customers..
