Pathetic service after your purchase is over .I bought a 43 inches tv on 3rd October and after knowing that I will be leaving Kolkata for few days , they promised to deliver and install it on time . Delivery didnt happen and now anyhow the TV reached and again they made me wait whole day and instead of calling and asking them whether installation would take place they never denied . I left my work schedule waited for whole day finally when It was 7 pm they asked me to wait for the next day. This is the reason people are now opting for Flipkart and Amazon. Horrible experience

I would have given negative rating. Please be careful Samsung Smart Cafe at city centre 1. They sold one NCASE samsung note 9 glass cover worth Rs 2000 and pasted by their expertise on 9th Dec. Within 2 weeks it came out completely from edges. When I went for replacement they pushed me one low quality glass product which is not even from NCASE. The replacement product not even have any company name!! They insisted that it should be good enough for me.These people particularly the person hiding from camera declined to give me same product quality replacement such a cheater they are!! At same time declined to refund money.So guys please take your own risk if you decide to buy anything from them!!

Very nice store. Bought my S8+ from this place and absolutely loved the experience. The guys at the store are very knowledgeable and patient and took time to explain the pros and cons of the different models I was considering. Check out was a breeze as well. They even offered to set up the device for me at store and were very polite and cheerful. Definitely a good place in the city if you want to purchase Samsung smartphones.

Worst ever salesmen I have seen in life.I entered the store and inquired about samsung qled tv. Salesmen started checking my outfit and buying power. Then asking about the price and model, started asking foolish questions instead of giving price and telling the benefits. I left the store annoyed.

Unprofessional. They had told me that they will deliver a newly bought microwave oven on yesterday, which I had purchased 5 days ago, but failed to do so. After keeping me waiting for whole day, they just told me that delivery person is not picking up the call. They did not even book the installation themselves inspire being the authorised dealer. You have to call customer care for that also.

This is an authorised show room . The staff are very helpful and the latest models of the company are available .The staff take care to explain the options / features of the gadgets and white goods etc. The mall has adequate parking place .In short a good place to go to if you need to make up your mind it finally buy

Very bad shop. Shop staffs misbehave and sell all bad quality items.

They have big time issues with hospitality. They dont even have a single chair to offer a seat to anyone purchasing any item. Not even for aged people. The guard had to provide his chair to an old lady. Even the store people seemed hostile towards customers asking too much queries about any item. You would need to stand for an hour or two till you buy your cellfone and get it configured. They wouldnt even care to ask.

This Samsung mobile store has sold me accessories worth Rs. 3000 /- for my S7 edge phone purchased from the same store. Later on I found that the back cover and screen protector they sold me for 3K was sold at a price lesser than Rs. 500 /-. Moreover the screen protector worth 1500 came out with bubbles in just a month and when I went to ask for a replacement, the owner just bluntly said NO for exchange. Whereas outside I got a new one for 160 bucks . Such a cheater those people are in there. Do not buy any accessories from there. Any random Mobile stores have same stuff for much lesser price. I am going to write the same issue to Samsung HO as well. At the time of selling this phone of 60 K , so big big words that cheating owner and his staff. I will definitely seek a compensation.

Three months ago I bought a J7Samsung Prime phone, costed me 11000/-. Just after three months accidentally It fell down to the ground and got bend I do not know how, Samsung needs to look in such matter, because i have used at least 7 phones of the same brand but this happened first time.
