Buying a second hand car was never going to be easy. I drove 6 cars at different branded and unbranded used car dealerships before being bowled over by an Astar at Expressions. We loved the whole process of buying the car, and heres why.Expressions is also a car accessories shop whose services I have taken earlier, but didnt know they dealt in used cars as well. When we saw the shiny black Astar, the mechanics were fitting wheel caps to it. We thought it was another car which has come to get accessories fitted. On asking, we came to know that it was up for sale! They were making the car attractive for prospective buyers, whereas every other dealer we met earlier said they would do the touch-ups once a deal has been struck. This gave us the impression that Suman and Kamal, who run the business, really care for the cars that they sell.This car was calling out to us from the first look, and after taking the test drive it was calling us even more. However, it is wise to get the car checked by a known mechanic and it was late in the day already. Hence we were in two minds whether to book this car. Not booking immediately would mean that we might lose it, as the used car market was on fire as everyone wants a car for each member of the family to maintain social distancing. Suman made it easy for us by taking only a part of the usual booking amount, and by promising to return the entire amount if our mechanic finds serious faults with the car. He made a more attractive proposition by promising to carry out any basic repairs if we discover something that we missed earlier. He kept his word, and the last thing that we discovered 5 weeks after buying the car was also repaired free of cost!Every paperwork was done cleanly and on time. Surprisingly, they even got the ownership transfer completed within a month. Suman and Kamal have the rights contacts and know exactly how to move things fast.Thank you Suman and Kamal for giving us a wonderful experience of buying a used car. All the very best to you!
