The worst store I have ever visited. They just cheat their customers. I purchased a microwave from this store. They published in newspapers that there was assured gifts against every purchase during that time. But they didnt give it to me.

I have purchased a ac delivered in time but employees are no responsive. *I financed my ac with Bajaj finserve. The personnel behaviour is not good. He charged processing fee but not provide any bill of the said*. Standerd installation was free as per the company site & customer care information. But they charged Rs.300/- for installation.

One of the branches of electronics store in Barasat. Their main branch being at Bhawanipore. This outlet is in two floors. Tvs, ACs, Washing machines, refrigerators water geysers, kitchen cooking top etc available. Financing also available. Adequate staff members to attend to customers.

Worst shop I have ever visited in my life..if you are planning to buy a product from this shop kindly avoide otherwise you will have to regreat.Worst staff attitude, they are unprofessional.i dont know why the owner of the shop is not interested to trained their staff.I give zero star if its available. I purchased a ac from this shop they delivered me a defective piece after 18 days .I didnt go through the review before I purchased. Kindly go through the review before you purchased any items from this shop.

Very poor service, regarding both pre-sales and post-sales. After taking payments they provide late-delivery of goods and most importantly they delivered faulty and wrong goods specifications also. So, as a suffered customer, I would recommend all my friends, colleagues and all other viewers not to purchase any kind of goods from this retailer.

Baddest hospitality ever I seen before. The most bad think is the way they talk with coustomer. Plc dont go this shop and this is my personal experiences.I give them 0 star out of 5 if possible.
