The Product Quality has degraded completely. Purchased one MICROTECK LEGEND 650 at Rs 2250/- on 17.10.21.From Omkar Soft Belghoria Kolkata 700056 but after testing at home the LED glow for 2-3 times but later got dead.It was a complete regect material.Shall advise not to purchase any MICROTEK product also 5 days gone Engineer did not turn up yet to repair.

Bad product, and customer care didnt pickup the phone. I mailed but couldnt get any reply from them.

Very fast service. Also repairs out of warranty product with Rs. 200 deposit. Little hard to find as there are other banners. Besides hotel Minerva.

NEVER BUY MICROTEK PRODUCTS. SERVICED MY UPS FROM THEM ON 29th AND IT CAUGHT FIRE ON 31st. THEY ASKED ME TO CHARGE IT FOR 18hr AND AS SOON AS I PUT IT ON CHARGE ITS PCB BLEW UP
