For those who are not sure about the location, it is on the first floor of the More Store, Dakshin para......They are maintaining covid guidance in the store.... So there was a little line in front of the store.....They are serving well.... They makes clear about what they are going to do with your gadget..... But they takes a little too much of time 😥

Very slow service....took whole day to check whats wrong with my phone....you have to seat for whole day there....and staff behaviour is very rude...if anyone ask kotokhon lagbe???they be like na posale niyechole Jan...we didnt get the phone for free...its MIs responsibility to look after what wrong happen within warrenty period....be polite and respectful to your customer.

There the staffs are very good and also have good behavior....Very helpful. Various types of mi elements are repair there. I get many help from there.... 😊

MI stores decoration is very nice. But price is little bit high. Behave is average. It should be improved.
