Had a very bad experience with this store. Bought a Kent RO from them and also took AMC at exorbitant prices for 3-4 years after that. They did a very poor job of servicing and maintaining the machine. After lockdown I had to call their service technician 3-4 times for simple things and each time the technician would push me to buy a new machine instead of repairing the problem.After I stopped using the Kent RO they kept calling every month for over a year to irritate me about servicing the machine.I would suggest everyone to stay away from them.
