It is an excellent place for home appliances. In my knowledge most less expensive than any other store in market. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Recently I bought a home product from them and I got best product and price. They give the best price in market. I already compared the product with other stores, I found out that the price is less than anyone else. Happy 😊 with there service. They have card, cash and EMI facility on products. They help me a lot with my buying.

I had a terrible experience while receiving a refrigerator from Great Eastern Barasat, hathkhola which was booked a day before. I was told that they would deliver my product on priority basis. On the day of the delivery, they didnt respond well and never provided with the tracking of my product. My entire day got wasted, and at night when I tried to cl the delivery agent, the number was kept off. This was a bitter experience for me, and Im extremely disappointed.. Hence I would never purchase anything from their retail outlets in near future.

Awful experience due to false commitments made by the sales personnel. I paid extra amount to bring my new air conditioner because they assured that it would be installed it on the same day. But installation is still not done even after 1 day.

I got a backdated product(Dell laptop) from here....DOP:-02.08.2019Warrenty void(As per the dell support):-01.02.2020where they provides 1 year warrenty.

I have bought an AC on 10th May, 2019. Till Today they have not installed though they have committed to install it. Today after my call (many times I called them to know the status of installation)they informed me wrong status. At last they book a call for installing just 10 minus before, today 13th May. Which is the installation day as per they said. I suggest not go there for such gadgets where installation is required......

Pathetic service. 10th August we ordered for a refrigerator. They promised to deliver it next day ( 11th August). We continuously tried to call them for delivery. They picked up the call and assure us to make delivery today (11th August). But failed to do so. We are in urgent need of refrigerator and paid them sum of full amount that day. But their services is too bad. I dont recommend it for anyone. Wish I could give it a negative Star.

Worst customer service . 1month ago we took a refrigerator from them but when it was delivered,we found scratch on the refrigerator body when we told them they first deny but then replaced that one but when we got the replaced one we found a large dent on the side. Then they said this time company will replace that dent one in 15 days.But 1 month passed away,we are still waiting for replacement from company. Beware before buying from this store.
