Had exception service. Basically we are NRIs, went to Kerala for a week, and we were really short in clean clothes after trip! Took a chance via google search and found this firm. Amir and co-worker came and did inventory by type of garment during pickup. we needed express service for next day morn, and they delivered as they said they would by noon the next day. I was a bit concerned that I may get burn holes or such (its happened to me in Kolkata thru other vendors), but no such issues. about 8kgs of clothes, washed, folded, and delivered, for like 630 rupees. and they wouldnt accept any tip. I believe Amir shared that he has a full time IT job, and does this biz on the side. I recommend them!
