Extremely unprofessional. I had ordered 03 nos. Phillips oxygen concentrator machines by paying in full advance 03 weeks back. Was promised that I shall get the same between 7th - 10th of May.Unfortunately I get a call from their office representative namely Mr. Sanju saying that Mr. Barick has told to inform me that the machines ordered have been taken by the Central Govt. and I shall receive my materials by 15th of June.Since I also work in the Govt Department, I fail to understand how can Central govt take the materials which has been ordered by a private organization & paid.Till now I have not got any response from Mr. Barick.Hoping for a professional action as it reflects long term reputation & goodwill of his company.Pls look into this matter.

I wish I had the option on giving negative stars for this UNPROFESSIONAL company. During this tough situation of Pandemic they commit you to provide service and because of which you cancel someones else contract and one day before the patient needs it they refuse saying its not available. Horrible and UNPROFESSIONAL.. Cant even think of such pathetic way of doing business.Mr. Subhra Ranjan Ghoshal the biggest scammer.. Oxygen is something that is most vital.. dont trust this company.. you might have to loose your loved ones by trusting them.The best is their Director Mr. Sarabjit Barrick who responds that I dont know how he committed. I cant help you. To anything you want.Disgraceful and UNPROFESSIONAL
