Today i visited your Medplus Kestopur food bridge store for one of the medicine (Hcqs300)for my father. He suffered in ostio arthritis from long time and he need this medicine. When i told to store agent for that medicine they told me irrelevant question why doctor prescribed this? Why i didnt get that medicine before? and such other stuff. They deny to gave me that medicine and threatened me to force leave the store, though i have valid and recent dated prescription. Before visit the store i checked in online for the availability of the medicine and yes they have stock of that particular medicine. But they didnt provide the medicine. The store agents are too much illiterate and rough i never expected..
