The employees in the driving school do not know how to behave with the customer. They dont even know how to talk to someone. There are two different attitudes before and after joining the centre. They dont have any management framework to manage the end-to-end process. The company might be running their business for many years but seriously speaking none of the employees has communication and management skills to serve customers. It damages the image of Lokenath Motor. I will not recommend this center for sure.

Motor training Institute Lokenath Motors has many outlets, but this one is the head office. I am learning driving from Lokenath motors Kestopure and very happy with the trainer - Deepankar and the service provided. I have gone to Head office to complete some documentation. People here are also very helpful and provides me with clear direction regarding the next steps. Overall happy with the experience.

Excellent behavior of all the staff out there...Well trained trainers, with a a great sense of how to deal with all the clients and all...I would personally like to refer them, when it comes for driving licences and all related issues or required by any one...In short theyre really helpful and one can trust then.

The first trainer had very unprofessional and indecent but on requesting i was provided with another trainer Probit Da who helped me with driving and also was Professional and disciplined. Overall< my experience was satisfactory.

Poor service and full of attitude. A few trainers are good in nature. But the administration and reception services are worse than worse. Try to be polite with customers even if your deal is done. You might be running your business since many years but seriously speaking none of your employee has customer engagement capability. Ruining your publicity itself.

Behaviour is good but ambiance is not upto mark, its more of a makeshift arrangment. Authority should give notice for the ambiance and comfort of the commuter as well as of the learner.

The instructor was unprofessional, rude and badly behaved. He was busy in making phone calls and playing music while I was driving. He was very often late. I do not recommend this motor training school.

Its good to have a training center near to your location. Instructor of the institute is very humble and knowledgeable. These two are the only plus point of this center.But most disappointing thing is the attitude of the people who are handling the cases. Most of them are not only unprofessional and ignorant, few of them doesnt even know how to address with customer. Having paid the amount in advance, people are not receiving the proper service. I have a very bad experience today with one of the front-desk member named Prateek Dey, who is basically not educated enough to speak with people. Request to the owner of the institute, please educate your team and ask them to learn how to behave with customers.

Took training from them as it was nearby. And I did a mistake. They have the worst possible staffs, especially Mr. Pratik who sits in their Rajarhat Road office. They do not have minimum courtesy to talk to the customers. Once your admission is done and youve paid, your days of agony will start. First they should be trained how to be polite and professional. Then they should teach how to drive. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTOR TRAINING SCHOOL, EVEN TO THE MOST HATED PERSON OF MY LIFE!

Overall experience was good. Prabir Das the trainer who taught me was exceptionally good and I will recommend him always. Very nice behaviour with lot of patience which made me too confident.

I am very happy with the trainer I was assigned. I am pretty confident now to drive. Thanks to my instructor Sandip Mandal for being so helpful, friendly, well behaved while guiding me throughout.

The worst possible office staff, nothing works without money, a lot of money, without any explanation, that too without any guarantee of real work.They want to fail students (on average 15 out of 25 candidates) to collect the fail fine, if somebody just somehow passed they want money for celebration.They charge Rs 2500 for Learner license test plus driving license test. If you fail another Rs 500 is taken as fail fine and test.Actual cost of learner license plus driving license test is around Rs 1000 (around Rs 300 for LL, Rs 700 for DL). If you fail another Rs 340 is actually charged.

Driving trainer Mr Prabir Das is good. He has taught me well with patience. I have gained confidence and not scared on road to drive.

I was extremely unhappy with the trainer assigned to me in the first place. On reporting of the same to the owner, I was immediately assigned with a young trainer named Sandip Mandal who changed my overall perception. Not only this young lad is full of positive energy, he remained extremely patient and diligent while taking me through the entire course of training classes. Sometimes even going beyond the professional boundaries, he literally took time to clear the fundamentals which helped to grow the needed driving confidence in me. Loknath Motor Training school is highly recommended for the newbies if the name of the trainer is “Sandip Mandal”.

I called them for ask about my learner license & my license status, they told me to come at office time. I told them to give an another time when I can visit there coz at the office time Im busy to attend my office so i cant able to reach there at that time.So they told me to forgot about my license and given money and do my own jobs.Is this the way to talk to a customer?

Main branch near Loknath mandir is very good. Theory classes are held every Sunday. My trainer Soumen was very good and helpful.

A good motar training school for new drivers, trained trainer,they have more then 85 cars in there centres all over bengal.they give training from 5am to 5pm according to your schedule.head quarter is at teghoria .loknath Mandir.

Please avoid Lokenath Training school..they illbehave with all the customers...goto sanei training school laketown and break their monopoly..then only they will understand what customer means..I am going to registar a complaint against them..the person who sits in the jora mondir branch he plays pubg all the time and ill behave with customer...

Lokenath Motor Training & Engineering Centre, kolkata. This is one of the best driving Schools in kolkata. My instructor was sandip mondal and he was very polite, friendly and experienced.In his guidance, I gained confidence and he taught all the basics and tricks from scratch and made my learning experience as comfortable one.I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs driving lesson.

I am highly satisfied with Training school as well as my trainer Mr. Prabir Das. Before training I was not known anything regarding 4 wheeler driving. After finished 15 clases, I have confidence to drive a car. My trainer Probir Das is a high class driving instructor, with good behaviour and very frankly.

I just called them up asking for the rate and the way in which they teach driving and was surprised to notice the level of unprofessionalism in them. The guy attending the call suddenly paused and started saying stuff that made no sense while I kept on trying to understand what he meant. Later when I yelled asking if he was really talking to me, he uttered after a pause that he was talking to someone else. What a disgusting way to treat a prospective customer. If you want to buy some time or have to talk to someone in the middle of a conversation, at least show the decency to let them know. Still dont know if I should go ahead with this training school.I still believe the best way to learn driving is by asking your friends and family members to spare some time for 1 week at max and bet that would be better than these idiots who feel they can just earn easy money by humiliating and insulting their customers.

The worst motor training school in this area. Bcos of some sort of monopolistic competition for many years, people had no other alternatives. But now better options - Pragati and Shreya - are available. No one should take admission in this unprofessional and unscrupulous motor training centre.

Although they are in service industry, they have one of the worst kind of behaviour. There are two staffs( bald) who are pathetic and they will behave as if they are the president of India. Pls stay way from this branch paricularly. I dont know about the other branches. They simply dont know how deal with people. I will never ever suggest anyone to go to this branch even if they say yey will do my license in free. They are such pathetic. Lokenath Motor - if you have to survive, either asks those to stuff to behave wthin their limit or terminate those. If you dont, I am sure you will be in downhill path in future. Just because you are their in license inustry for long, we cannot behave like this. This is not only my complain whoever has registered through this branch, everyone is complaining about their behaviour. All are in same opinion that we have done mistake.

The trainers are very poorly skilled, and cant teach you a thing, and always yell at you. Specially one trainer, a bald guy named Haru , is especially disrespectful, thinks of himself as a big shot, but in reality he is a scumbag. He has no sense of punctuality. He made me stand in the rain for 40 mins, and even after that I had to sit in the back and see another trainee drive for 30 mins. These people think only they have jobs to do and other peoplesit idle in their homes. I am extremely disgusted by their attitude. In the end I learned to drive by myself in my own car by practicing near Rajarhat in the early morning hours. These people are of no help, they only take your money and doesnt provide any decent service.

I would like to highlight many points against Lokenath . Before going for Lokenath driving school be aware of all these .. My intention is just to make you all aware ..what I faced , i do not want others to go through that pain ..1. We paid the advance . only drove for 2 days and they did not return the money back2. Day 1 Mr Hadu told us that everyday morning 30 mins he will come for driving .but on Day 2 he is saying he will come on alternate days and then saying on weekends he will not come .. so much of unprofessional-ism .3.On Day 2 he took us from our home and then he drove us to his next pick up point and saying us you go to back seat and watch another trainee driving .. and saying 30 mins you drive and 30 mins you watch other person driving .. this is part of our driving training .. ha ha ..first of all who have this much of time to afford . and on top of this if this is the rule then why did not he covey the same on the day of paying advance ... cheater ....VERY VERY POOR SERVICE , POOR BEHAVIOR ....

I called their office. Upon arrival, they were told to bring docs and then they would talk. If I had said earlier, I would not have had to go so far again. I got the answer because I could have said it earlier, the office was crowded so maybe I couldnt speak well.Talked to a 23-24 year old boy. The use is very bad, the service is giving for money but the use is like blessing the customers. I didnt go out anymore, I got more classes in other places for the same money, use is amicable. After repeatedly following up, he came home and took a photocopy of the docs.They need to understand why customer service is so important. This is the main reason for the loss of Bengali business.
