I was admitted to ILS Hospital Dumdum with severe pain in my lower abdomen which spreaded till my right kidney. The pain made me so restless that I couldnt sleep, lie down, sit and not even stand still. I had to roam but at times my limbs also got tired. In this situation Dr Sandeep Gupta diagnosed me and suspected that I might have stone in my kidney which proved very correct after the CT scan. I was operated the next day with utmost care and comfort by Dr Sandeep Gupta along with OT team. Intially there was little pain after the operation when my senses came up but it subsided very quickly and I recovered very fast. Most unethical and rude doctor I have ever seen. Behaviour is very rude. Gives lots of tests for his commission income. Money is his first priority ahead of everything. Even he doesnt review the reports, he claims money for everything. Tests given by ILS doctors often reviewed for free in the next appointment, but Mr. Sandeep Gupta said me I dont give free of cost service. If Google allow me to rate minus 5 I would opt for that.

Visited him to get my mother checked up due to kidney stone pain a few years back. Never seen such an unprofessional attitude he was sitting with first few buttons of his shirt opened and seeing the usg directly started speaking like a business man. He asked us to pay 80k. And insisted to admit her the day before the OT. He said he has to do some tests. When we said that can be done the same day he mumbled without a proper justification. Later he even shared his personal phone number and asked us to confirm if we are coming to admit her. This is the scenario of doctors these days! They are not here for saving lives but to make money.

Wosrt Dr. ,. I met him at ILS hospitalRegarding kidney stone pain. Insist me to admit, but I was aware with our situation and stone size, after huge test found 4mm stone that I already asked..Next day I met with report, before consultation ,3 piece of stone of size 2-3 mm came out. I asked the same, Dr surprised , how it happen... After that again insist me to admit for over halling...I dont know what over halling they need.. when asked At this time I cant admit , they refuse to write medicine...After a long lecture wrote some medicine ...So , hate such type of Dr. ....
