I am Ms Khin Marlar Aye came to far from Myanmar Yangon to Medica by air ambulance and admitted here fir covid treatment on 17th July .First thanks to Mr Yogesh Joshi and Ms Poulami Paul.The whole team specially International department is so helpful ,kind and humble with their behaviour and patient services. Never forget Ms Poulami assistant manager in international department treated me as her family member. As I’m here about 2month in India with nobody but Ms Poulami how treated me I never feel alone.If she not attend me also video calling me.Always with smiling face.In her dictionary I never feel negative attitude.doctors , nurses and full team are very nice.very happy with my treatment .

I am very much impressed about this hospital. Doctor, nurse and support staffs are very cooperative. Management is very much customer friendly. This is the first time, I visited the hospital for the treatment of my family member. Admission, OT and post Operation treatment was hassle free and very much patient supportive. Over all, it is excellent.

Poor in Administration and management. Should have a centralized database for patients. In the times of COVID, the staff keeps your moving from one counter to other. In the digital era they make the patient wait in queue for just an enquiry.

Doctors and staff is too good BUT the discharge time takes forever!!!! Theyre tooooo slow in discharging their patients and have god knows what thousands of papers to sign! The time and speed they take in discharging their patients...a sloth would cross seven seas in same!!!!

I should provide 5 star for the treatment of the hospital, but deducting 2 stars just for the management...the management is not at all co-operating especially if you are a SWASTHYA SATHI card holder. Should not be like this as such card holders are also human beings...taking the patient with ownself why do we need to wait for admission its a pathetic situation for the patient mainly. Patients arrived at hospital provided time but no staffs are present to acknowledge the admission procedure. Just a request to the authority look after the matter rather than providing feedbacks... My father had been admitted twice at this hospital, once for pacemaker implantation surgery and another time through their emergency. Both times treatment was satisfactory and bills were reasonable.WHAT IS ANNOYING & AN UTTERLY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE IS THAT THEY HAVE DONE AWAY WITH THE PARKING LOT INSIDE THE HOSPITALThe parking lot outside the hospital premises is unpaved, unavailable most of the time, super congested and outright nightmare.After dropping off your patient at the Hospital front door, you will have to go around in circles for ever outside the hospital trying to find a parking spot and if you are lucky after searching for 1/2 an hour, you will be able to somehow squeeze in your car in some space barely enough for parking a couple of scooters. All this while your patient will be waiting for you to come and fetch them and take them to the doctor. JUST PLAIN HORRIBLE!!!!

Everything was good and i am an old parient of this Hospital. TPA system did not look very transparent and some how i felt they are insisting on cash payment and you fight your own battle later on. This needs to be patient friendly also.

OPD doctor consultation charges are very high compared to other corporate hospitals. Also, no discount is given for OPD doctor consultation charges to corporate patients (other than selected Govt Scheme holders).

My mother has been hospitalized for abdominal pain to Medica Super speciality Hospital from 14.09.21 to 18.09.21under Dr. P.K Shetty. Dr. Shetty is really a gem. A polyp has found and eliminated from her body quickly. Now she is completely fit and fine. I prefer Medica for Gastroenterology. All the facilities are here is extremely top of the mark.

Since, last 2 weeks Im trying to book an appointment for a Dr checkup but Medica dosent have any slots available. They want us to come at they time they say which is inconvenient for Patients kin...Still Im wanting to book the appointment but either they dont receive call or they have the slots. See still Im waiting for them to pickup the call and give appointment. Drs cordinator is not pickingup the phone. See they dont have any slot for Patients appointment.

Third class Businessman with rude and arrogant behaviour to the patients. He hardly spends few seconds for his patients. Better to avoid this Cardiologist and Medica Hospital as well.

Medica hospital is one of the best dialysis hospital in Kolkata. Nephrologist Dr Rohit Rungta sir is one of the best nephrologist of Kolkata. This hospital deserves 5 stars but the staff of dialysis department ,Panchali Dutta , who is the slot distributing officer is very rude in nature. She has no sympathy for patients and patient party. She does not want to listen the problems of the patient. This hospital gets 1 star from me because of Panchali Dutta only. If there was an option for negative rating , I would give negative rating for this lady only.

I had a bad experience!! For any queries regarding my operation, they were very vague and I was not satisfied with the executives answers. When you call them for a query, they dont entertain you and sometimes disconnect the call on your face!!! So, unless you are physically present in Medica (which is not always possible, you would want to know your work can even get done on that day or not), things are difficult to get done and even information is hard to be obtained.

I was admitted in the hospital for hysterectomy under Dr. Chandrima Dasgupta. Prior to the admission I had a couple of tests to be done and PAC to be cleared. The PAC clearance does take time and may involve further tests before clearance. But everything was well guided. The lady dealing with all informations(Papri Maam)guides you smoothly and very patiently through the process. Yes , you do have to stand in ques and wait...but thats only very normal. When one understands the token system and follows regulations....its much betters and systematic. My admission proces was smooth and of least hassle. Previously I was given an estimate and all very clearly and found the TPA department very well mannered and with patience.From the day of my admission till my discharge, I was under the utmost care of excellent sisters(nurses). Never had no response when I called for them. Even in the middle of night they were checking on me and my needs. The behaviour of all staff members- catering, housekeeping were very pleasing. They all really manage well to keep the hospital clean. Every staff, doctors, physiotherapist follow covid rules, wearing masks and using sanitisers when required. As for the food....it was served neatly....sealed and all....and after every meal person would come and note your grievance, if any. Food quality is good....but its hospital food and for me ,as I had limited choice...so cant comment in detail.Above all Dr. Dasgupta and her team is superb!I thank the Medica team for their patience, their wholehearted service and wish them well in the future. May you keep to this level of service in future too and keep the banner flying high.

I have been linked with Medica since it’s inception. Their doctors are some of the best in the country. The support staff such as Ms Ojha Gupta (admin) and her team are always willing to help patients and their family by providing a peace of mind customer experience. They might be a Superspeciality hospital but it’s their staff that makes them super special! A big thank you from me and my entire family for always taking such good care of us.
