Had a worst experience in this clinic, I had gone there with a leg fracture, after first appointmentI was told to come back with reports. I asked them on which day should I comeback, they told me anyway would be okay, so I went there but the clinic was closed, it was a week day, next day I called them at 6pm but they told me to book an appointment which was 3 days later. So I again went on that day and found the clinic was closed , I called them numerous time but the didnt receive, they never informed me... on my third attempt I went there and found doctor is available but he wouldnt check report until 9pm. I had to wait there for 3 hours then got to see the doctor..THIS IS A DISASTEROUS SERVICE FROM THE RECEPTION AND MANEGMENT.THEY NEVER GIVE YOU PROPER INFORMATION. THEY NEVER CARE FOR THE PATIENTS.I waited for whole 1 week for the report consultation only. What if it was emergency??They Need to work on their management, its high time now

Worst doctor...very reluctant...he didnt see the reports with care,too much carelessness and when he was asked as to why he didnt see the reports by one of our close person he said Ami akta DHAMNA doctor..onno doctor er reports ami dkhi na he doesnt deserve to b called as a doctor, thirdclass person

May be he was busy, may be late, did not even saw the report and just told my parents to go. Result was the medicine he gave cause severe nausea, vomiting and dizziness to my mother. Will go to someone else for consultation.
